“ ¡Un descubrimiento que nos ha alegrado el día en Santander! Caímos en esta sidrería casi por casualidad, sin planearlo, y la experiencia ha sido tan buena que no puedo dejar de recomendarla. Se ha convertido en uno de esos sitios que uno guarda con cariño en la memoria y que, sin duda, repetiría con los ojos cerrados. Y gran parte del mérito lo tiene Julio, el camarero, que merece una mención especial. ¡Qué gusto da encontrarse con profesionales así! Cercano, simpático, atento en todo momento y con un saber estar que hace que te sientas como en casa. Un auténtico lujo. La sidra, espectacular: bien escanciada, fresca y con ese sabor auténtico que se agradece. Pero lo que de verdad nos conquistó fueron las patatas al cabrales… ¡Una auténtica maravilla! Potentes, sabrosas, perfectamente equilibradas. De las mejores que he probado, sin exagerar. En resumen: un lugar que descubrimos por casualidad y que se ha convertido en todo un hallazgo. Con una ubicación un tanto escondida, pero el local tiene el encanto de una sidrería. Servicio muy profesional y campechano. Recomendable 100%. ”
